Spaghetti Carbonara Recipe
Ingredients:
- 65 g - Spaghetti
- 100 g - Bacon
- 200 ml - Cream
- 50 g - Parmesan cheese
- 1 - Chicken egg
- 30 ml - White wine
- 3 g - Basil
- Salt and pepper to taste
Cooking Method:
- First, you need to boil the spaghetti in salted water until it is al dente, which means it should be firm to the bite, not fully cooked.
- While the spaghetti is cooking, rinse the bacon, dry it, and cut it into thick strips. The goal is to have bacon pieces that are thin and crispy once cooked.
- Next, take a frying pan and lightly fry the bacon until it becomes crispy. After frying, add the white wine to the pan and allow it to evaporate, which will enhance the flavor.
- Once the wine has evaporated, pour in the cream and add the grated Parmesan cheese along with a pinch of black pepper. Stir everything together and let it cook until the sauce thickens.
- When the sauce is ready, add the pre-cooked spaghetti to the sauce. Mix everything well to ensure the spaghetti is coated with the creamy sauce, and sauté it for a little while to combine the flavors.
- Finally, serve the spaghetti carbonara on a plate. Top it with an egg yolk (the white is not used in this recipe). For garnish, add a fresh leaf of aromatic basil and sprinkle some Parmesan cheese on top.
The total weight of the dish will be 340 g.
