Most people watch television as part of their daily routine.
There are plenty of different types of programmes to choose
from. You can see soap operas, cartoons, quiz shows,
documentaries and many more. But what about a reality
show where you can watch people watching TV. Sounds
strange doesn't it?
Well, in the UK, there is a TV programme exactly like this. Its
name is Gogglebox and it's very popular.
Every Friday night, up to 5 million viewers tune into
Gogglebox to see people watching a range of current TV
programmes and news announcements.
The show films the same people each week and their
reactions can be very entertaining. You can see people smile,
laugh, cry and even get angry about the things they are
watching. Sometimes, they have fascinating discussions
about what they watch and it is very interesting to hear so
many different views and opinions.

jobs and lifestyles. This includes an elderly man and his wife
from Liverpool, a family of four with five
dogs in Manchester and a father
